Chrome Pilot is an AI-powered browser extension that combines browser automation, voice assistant, smart chatbot, AI image generation (up to 4K), File Search with RAG for document Q&A, Google Search integration, and workflow automation through webhooks and connectors. Users can chat or talk to control their browser hands-free.

Chrome Pilot offers 5 free uses per day with full feature access, no credit card required. For unlimited usage, users can purchase lifetime access for a one-time payment of $29. Free tier limits reset daily. We offer a 3-day refund policy for lifetime purchases if you're not satisfied.

For lifetime access users, you must provide your own API key for Google Gemini. You are responsible for API costs, compliance with Google's terms, and key security. Your data communicates directly with Google's services - we have no access to your keys or data.

You may use Chrome Pilot for personal or commercial purposes, provided that you comply with our terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. The extension works on all Chromium-based browsers including Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Arc.

Use the Service responsibly and legally. You may not use Chrome Pilot for illegal activities, harming others, scraping without permission, automating malicious actions, or tampering with the extension. You are responsible for all actions performed based on your commands.

Your chat history syncs to your personal Google Drive, not our servers. All API keys and settings are stored locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or process your personal data, browsing history, or conversations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Chrome Pilot integrates with third-party services (Google Gemini, Gmail, GitHub, Google Drive, etc.) via OAuth. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with these services' terms. Webhook connections to n8n, Zapier, or Make are configured and controlled by you.

All intellectual property rights in Chrome Pilot, including the extension, website, branding, and documentation, belong to Chrome Pilot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our product without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI responses and browser automations will be accurate or reliable. Your use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrome Pilot and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from automated actions, data loss, or third-party service issues.

We offer a 3-day refund policy for lifetime access purchases. If you're not satisfied with Chrome Pilot within 3 days of purchase, contact us at contact@chromepilot.org for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 3-day period.

Our pricing is subject to change at any time. Price increases will not affect existing lifetime access holders. Changes will be communicated through our website. Current pricing: Free tier (5 uses/day) and Lifetime Access ($29 one-time).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of Chrome Pilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
